Vacation Home Rental Requirements:
- A valid Passport or Local ID and Credit Card
- Rental Agreement signed and each page initialed by an adult
- Payment Method. For all Rentals, a 50% deposit is required to make a reservation for the length of your stay. Upon check in, the remaining 50% balance will be collected along with a deposit which will be held until the rental is complete and the home has been checked for any possible damage or missing items
